About Hunter Wellies
Hunter wellies are all made by hand, it would
certainly be easier to run them off on a machine but they
wouldn't be of the quality that Hunter demands. They wouldn't
fit so well, wouldn't feel so good and would not be up to the
job. But of course making Hunters by hand is harder, as in
their experience there is no other way to make quality wellington
boots.
There can be anything up to 28 parts to a
Hunter boot, and the number put in place by a high tech machine
is : none.
You just can't rush perfection.
Every pair of Hunters are covered by a
comprehensive 12 month warranty against faulty materials or

If you are not happy with your wellingtons, wrong size, wrong
colour, wrong style then we are always happy to either exchange
them for another pair or arrange a refund. How do I go about
this?
Please read all returns points.
1. If you have spent over £100 on a single wellington order
(could be made up of more than one pair and accessories) with us and you are not happy with the fit of the wellies then
we will arrange collection for free if you would like a simple
exchange for another size of the same value or higher. You will
only be charged for the difference in price between the
original wellies and the new pair, if there is a difference.
2. The free collection and redelivery offer can only be
offered once per order, if you have ordered 2 pairs of wellies
then please make sure both pairs have been tried on before
sending one back.
3. If you are returning the wellies for a refund then you
will need to arrange for the return as unfortunately we cannot
cover the cost of this. Please ensure that they are returned
using an insured and signed return method and that you contact
us before dispatching the returned item.
4. In order for us to accept the wellies back they must be in
the original packaging. They must not have been worn except for
trying on for comfort, they must not be dirty or even been
cleaned after having been dirty. Please do not write or mark the
branded packaging in any way as these will need to be in perfect
condition for the next customer. |
